Hanbury - Head Complaints} 21.11.24. ------------------ At the Conference in London betwixt R, CJ and Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, the following proposals for "V" and "W" Series respectively were definitely decided upon. a/- "V" Series is to be 100 chassis, as defined below. b/- "W" " " " " 200 " " 1. Body Sub-frame. ------------------- This is not required for "V" Series, but will be required for "W". The width of the chassis frame to which it is to be fitted is the present 40/50 width. 2. Dashboard. -------------- The present width is to be used for "V" Series, but R.A.C.II width for "W" Series. 3. Bonnet. ----------- The present bonnet will be required for "V" Series and a new bonnet for "W" Series. The length of the bonnet for "W" Series will be the same as for "V" but with new radiator and dash. 4. Radiator. ------------ A radiator for "V" Series built up on the special bottom tank of which we have just received a design from West WitteringHenry Royce's home town so as to give the same overall dimensions measured from the top of the frame, is to be produced.
