With reference to CJ7/E28223., I have the impression that Mr. Platford came down to WW. on the last occasion to obtain Mr. Royce's decision on these actual points, and as I was not present during the whole of the time, I was not aware how far matters had gone. Some of these have been dealt with, and the whole position so far as I can understand it, is given on the attached report. In all cases where we desire a decision from Mr.Royce, it appears that there is insufficient information available regarding the alterations made, and I am forwarding a copy of the report to Mr. Platford asking him for this further information.
