Continuation No. 1. Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., that certain washers had been left out on re-assembly. We would point out that the dismantling of these jacks starts by taking off the head of the cylinder, and that there should be no need to remove the foot. We trust that this question of leakage will not occur again, and can assure you that every jack we make here is definitely tested after assembly. With regard to the new front brackets, these are being sent to you today. We have again had trouble with the forgings, and have had to drill the holes in the vertical portion on one bracket 5/16" to one side of the drawing position, but from a check up on the chassis we have here, we feel sure that this will not inconvenience you in any way. Trusting that these brackets will arrive in due time, and assuring you of our best attention at all times. We are, Yours faithfully, AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS COMPANY LTD., G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Van Vestraut. CHIEF ENGINEER. | ||
