King} -McCOWAN- As in the case of coil No.3855, this coil also would appear from the results of our tests, to be possessed of an incipient fault, and our recommendation in this instance is precisely as in that other case, namely that the coil be carefully unwound to ascertain the nature and location of the fault; see report attached WA.{Mr Wallis}38.
