1021 8th August, 1941. Em/EAG.5/ET. Messrs. Wilmot-Breeden, Ltd., Eastern Works - Camden Street, B I R M I N G H A M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} For the attention of Mr. Spicer. Dear Mr. Spicer, Confirming our telephone conversation this morning, with reference to the second set of body fittings, as far as we can see, most of the problems concerning the fittings have been overcome, so that we should like you to complete the second set. In addition to the list of fittings you have, and which you are supplying, there are two other items which I will discuss with you when you come, on Wednesday next, i.e. spare wheel clip and luggage boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} hinges. Yours sincerely, P.S. We have now decided to pierce the inner panel of the luggage boot lid{A. J. Lidsey}, so that no cover plate will be required. Will you please arrange that this is not fitted to the second lock. We shall, however, want two additional clench nuts. As you know, we shall be glad to receive from you blue prints of the various fittings, particularly of the locks, striking plates and dove tails, so that we can pass them on to Park Ward. | ||
