Improved Outer Plate.

Please receive herewith blue prints of the following:-

E.88558 Outer Plate (Oil Cooler) which replaces E.87814.
E.88574 Flanged Union ( " " ) " " E.85034.
Will you please instruct as required, together with remainder of parts to LOP. E.87990.

The above has been detailed in accordance with Mr.Bailey's instructions, with a view to overcoming distortion experienced on the present design of Outer plate, due to the rather high test pressures necessary for these units.

Will Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. please let Mr.Bailey have his comments on above as soon as ever possible, in view of the trouble experienced by the manufacturers of production units.
