Typed Text:
A meeting was held this afternoon at which Messrs. Hives, Lovesey, Platt and Elliott were present. Mr Tunaley was also present.
It was decided to ask Mr French to carry out a test on the two "Claudel" Carburetters as at present installed on the test bed.
This test to be for petrol consumption only, as we believe that some of the previous high figures may have been due to their being run on gas from the producer plant. We consider it is essential that this point should be cleared up.
Mr French has been instructed to have everything ready as soon as possible, and he knows that notice of two further tests will be given him at a later date.
Test to be made at 1800 r.p.m. with wide open throttle.
