Dear Sirs,

In reply to your favour CR.{Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester}8790/JWH/JR.{Mr James Royce} of 10th. inst., may we point out that you have quoted £3. 10. 7d. for reconditioning three Plates, whereas you have supplied us with new Thermoid faced plates at £1. 1. 0d. each.

If this figure of £3. 10. 7d. is correct, it would appear that the cost of servicing exceeds the cost of new plates, in which case it would be more economical to scrap them.

Will you kindly give this matter your consideration.
