PHANTOM III STANDARDISATION of PARTS

Extra tool cost nil.
Could be brought on to production at the 1st. chassis in "C" series (without scrap).

This applies to chassis d-IV-10f for 10,000 miles and found in satisfactory condition. Independent springs at the front end that these springs continue to be used. In reply to letter (11.9.36) that there will be no increase in cost.
