Brakes on 33.G.VII.
Hydraulic Front Girling rear.

This car is being run by Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and his Chauffeur and is an ideal comparative test with customers conditions.

We shew below the speed of brake wear -

FRONT. REAR
n.s. o.s. n.s. o.s. notches.
First - 853 miles. 1 1 3 3 "
Following - 1,416 1 1 3 3 "
Following 1,558 0 0 4 4 "

From these figures it will be seen that the ratio of wear is badly out of proportion.

This car is fitted with alum. drums and has the feeling of wanting more front braking.

Car Weight 40 cwts. 1 qr. 0 lbs.
