contd :- -2- cars are going to be free from groans and body noises. We can only promise that 'V' series cars will be no worse than the 40/50 HP. Item 11. You mention jaggering of the clutch. This complaint could not be demonstrated by FN. or CWB. When we have been on the car, the clutch has behaved very well. The only alteration we are making to this clutch is reducing the leverage. We should like to have 44-PK car returned on Monday the 2nd. Feb. because we shall then be ready to fit the fabric coupling and undershields. It is our desire, that when we bring 98-NK (the car for 10,000 miles in France) to London, to also have there 44-PK brought up to date, and also 93-NK which is the car which satisfied Sales. An average of those 3 cars should enable you to judge what to expect from the 'V' series cars. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
