To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} +7141 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}4/KW.27.7.34. 28-EX. 10,000 Miles car. We have decided to send this car to France before the holidays and we shall have to let it go with the features which we can get on it. The one essential fitting is the tie rod for the engine to N.Sch.4139. We appreciate the details have not yet been issued, but would be glad if you would work to the scheme if necessary. The cylinder head requires the plunger clearance increasing slightly as per separate note, and it will then be satisfactory. Other features are - The flexible exhaust suspension to LeC.4042. The roll rod, N.Sch.4114. Altered battery position to N.Sch.4094. Oil filter for the auto, adjusted tappets, LeC.3959. We should be glad to discuss these items with you, so that we can see what can or cannot be sent to France. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
