To SY from BJ. BJ18/E2/12/26 - 2 - about low speed wobbles and whether these are considered to be really serious as compared with complaints made by Sales officials, who may know exactly how to cause the wobbles and intentionally cause these wobbles by driving in a manner which would be very unlikely to occur often when a car is being driven by the owner. Whilst I think that such cases should be altered before the car is delivered to the customer, it is a different matter from spending approximately £2500 on altering 570 cars already delivered before we receive com-plaints from the customers. On the other hand, if you are all confident that this is certain to be the cause of continual complaints in/ the future, it is far better for us to tackle the matter now and get it right. BJ. | ||
