X. 4021 SH By Roy{Sir Henry Royce} He EFC RECEIVED Rg{Mr Rowledge}1/ME.5.11.30. WATFORD I.S. 12 MAGNETO IN PLACE OF B.T.H. MACHINE. We have been looking into this question, and 'EFC' reports that except as regards the controls, the magnetos are interchangeable; the main high tension wires being the same, and although the hand starting high tension wire terminal is in a different position the length of cable is the same. We should be glad if you would approach the 'Watford' people and see if they can make the position of the timing lever on their machine the same as on the B.T.H. machine to enable the same control to be used and thus make the interchangeability of the machine complete.
