I send you herewith copy of a memo' from Mr. Scott and which is further to a memo' we received from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} You will note Mr. Scott suggests the Jack be sent back to the makers. The alternative of course is for us to re-stamp the Jack, but I believe it would have a greater effect on the makers and more likely to prevent similar cases, if we sent the Jack back.
