Re D.W.S. JACKS.

I send you herewith copy of a memo' from Mr. Scott and which is further to a memo' we received from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}

You will note Mr. Scott suggests the Jack be sent back to the makers. The alternative of course is for us to re-stamp the Jack, but I believe it would have a greater effect on the makers and more likely to prevent similar cases, if we sent the Jack back.

If you are agreeable, please note the Jack is now in the Stores, and can be despatched to your instructions, at your convenience.

Sft.{Mr Swift}
