Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 27th inst. in connection with the 2-speed handle recently demonstrated to you at Derby.

We note your request that a 2-speed handle shall be sent to you for further trial and we are sending the one you have already seen, but with the modification in connection with the hand-grip which was considered necessary.

We thank you also, for the address of the firm who can cast the special R.R.50 Alloy.

We shall be quoting a price for the standardization of the 2-speed handle on all 40/50 Jacking Sets, in the course of a few days.
