WRAITH III. CRANKCASE.

Referring to the request to modify either the centres of the bolts holding the two halves of the crankcase together or the bottom half of pattern, in order to get clearance to apply a box spanner to the nuts, we should like to point out that the allowance for a box spanner is greater on Wraith lll than on 25/30 and Bentley on which a box spanner has been used for years. The comparison is shewn on the attached sketch.

We should like some more information before modifying anything. The lower half of crankcase can be modified if necessary, but we should like to know why it should be necessary.
