It seems very improbable that you or Mr. Rowledge or Mr. Elliott will be coming here this season unless something unforseen should arise, and if it would be economical I could arrange for Dodd to bring 18-EX. for improvements - (1) To reduce the feeling of torque reactions at 18/23 MPH., by altering the engine mounting. (2) To alter the flywheel (to put up the 65/70 MPH. vibration) by lightening, stiffening, and less overhang. No. (2) assumes that it is the flywheel and we can put up its period.
