Hanbury - Head Complaints} West, Esq., 'spring we choose to retain the reflector on the pivots, and a low rate spring which can be read-ily adjusted to return the reflector to normal. With regard to the dipper unit we have been able to find quite a bit more power by a mod-ification to the air gap, and with your permission we propose incorporating both these modifications in the final pair of lamps which you still require and which we hope will be finished next week.
