Attached is a note from Martindale commenting on some modifications which, apparently, have been agreed to by Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} We are not circulating this memo, because it is rather ridiculous to get two separate recommendations from the Experimental Dept. HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} has agreed, in the future, to link up with the testers, so that the situation will not again arise; in the meantime, perhaps you will go over the matter with Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}, and issue the final recommendations on what you do, or do not, wish to be done.
