Comparing this with the EX.27309 plate quoted for by Borg & Beck, we find the following :- 46.864. Less. for hub, rivets and oil thrower, supplied by R.R. 15.544 ______ 31.320 Pluss. Difference between 12/6 and 16/6 for plate 4 ______ 38.570 We consider that £1 18.7 would represent a works cost, with generous allowance for overheads and assembly time, so that the contract price should be this figure plus profit.
