Summary notes of interest on the Fors Type 12-3404 12 volt battery (108).
This battery was received by us on 13-8-23 to be put through our Dept's Routine Bench Tests. The following are notes of interest on points in which it differs from the Standard.
1. The lid{A. J. Lidsey} of the box is fixed by 2 small wing nuts 1 at each end, the bolts for these being fixed in the box sides. A No battery case is necessary with this, when the lid{A. J. Lidsey} is lifted, part of the box sides come away with it, making it possible to inspect the elements.
2. The cell cases are of clear celluloid.
