Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 7th inst. on the subject of a new model magneto, and for your offer to discuss the question with one of our representatives and hope to be able to take advantage of this offer in the very near future.

The subject of the magneto with larger armature and other modifications referred to in our letter of the 6th inst. is receiving our close attention, and as soon as we have made sufficient progress to show some of the modifications we propose either our Mr. North or our Mr. Allen will call on you to discuss the subject further.

The matter will be pushed forward as quickly as possible, and we will write you very shortly to arrange an interview at a time when it is convenient to you for our representative to call.

Yours faithfully,

FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
NORTH & SONS LTD.

Director.
