From EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} c.c. HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} To Mr. Booth. Re Tool Kit for 50 Chassis. Replying to your memo BY10/P18.11.21, with regard to Valve Grinding Tool, we have tried this and are of the opinion that the top of the handle of this tool is rather too large, also we are of the opinion that the "blade" is not long enough. We recommend that this tool be modified in regard to the above two points. That is to say, the top of the handle should be made a little smaller, and the "blade" should be lengthened about 2" to 2 1/4". EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} P.S. We understand Mr. Maddocks has already seen you on this matter, and in view of your conversation we have agreed to waive the question of the handle being made any smaller. EP.{G.
