1113 To Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} & Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} From Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/MJ.28.10.36. QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS. A lot of time and energy is devoted to preparing a list of Quarterly Complaints. We fully appreciate the difficulty of conveying accurate information of this sort in a concise form. We do think, however, that we often get a wrong picture of what is happening from the information supplied. The wrong picture is often worse than no picture. We attach herewith a note from GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} which illustrates the point in question. In the immediate future we should like to go through the three latest Quarterly Complaint Sheets with you and GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} to see if we can mutually agree upon where the information supplied falls short of the ideal. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
