All prints specified under (i) (iii) (iv)(v) and (vii) to be sent to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} with 4 copies of a covering note addressed to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} If any of the details are to be ordered by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s department the third print under heading (v) together with the marked up scheme (vii) will be extracted. The remainder will be forwarded to HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/BH. with a re-addressed copy of Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}'s covering note and an additional note from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} stating how many sets are to be made and which parts are being ordered by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s dept. Of the remaining three copies of Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}'s note one will be filed by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} one re-addressed to Les.{Ivan A.
