Referring to Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 10/R27.6.39 and our conversation yesterday, I presume that you will keep me in touch with developments, i.e. let me know when we propose to make the attempt etc.

I forgot to say yesterday that, so far as is possible, I should like to adhere to our little motto of 'No publicity in advance of achievement'.
