As we reported yesterday, we have been carrying out various tests pending the garage is ready. We enclose charts & tests taken: acceleration, petrol consumption and dynamo output.

The acceleration tests are taken from the various speeds, 10 to 20, then 20 to 30, 30 to 40, 40 to 50, 50 to 60. The second test is from 10 to 60, 20 to 60, 30 to 60, 40 to 60, 50 to 60. The third test is from 0 to 60. They are interesting, and they show the lag in acceleration at high speeds, and are also very useful in checking up the various cars.

The chart of the dynamo output shows that it is necessary to have some means of cutting down the charge during daylight running.

Re the garage, they have just about completed the roof, and the concrete floor will be not hard enough in another day for the car to run upon. We are hoping to use the garage at least by Thursday.

We have had the whole of the floor cemented, as what was left uncemented was ridiculous to be left undone, seeing that the material was there, and the Contractor said the cost would be infinitesimal to finish. We have also had a window made in the wall where the old iron door was, which gives considerably more light in the garage. We shall be very pleased with the place when it is finished, it will be a considerable improvement.
