Complaint Case.

Chassis B-201-BL. Major G.S.Nelson Scott.

Referring to H23/MD. 25.1.35, we certainly consider that fitting the 10/41 axle will improve the all round performance of this car. It can hardly raise the maximum speed of the car under the most favourable possible conditions, but will certainly increase the number of times which this speed can be attained on the ordinary give and take road.

If the customer is interested in maximum speed he should fit Panhard type front wings if these are not already on the car.

I think it is advisable to point out to him that the maximum speed is entirely controlled by the coachwork of the car, and that we can only give him so many horse power.
