Coverley - Production Engineer} as soon as possible in order that he may modify an existing Stromberg carburetter for the 10,000 miles test, and other carburetters as required by the Expl. Dept. We understand that RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} has already received instructions, Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}1/JH.25.2.36, to modify existing Stromberg carburetters, but as information at that time was incomplete it has been agreed that these instructions from BY.{R.W.
