RE SPECTRECodename for Phantom III DASHBOARD.
------------------

On the first eight chassis and on the Demonstration Cars we understand that we have to have the dashboard with the air gap installation as fitted to 32-EX. We do not propose coupling up this air cavity with the top ventilator as originally intended, as on subsequent cars we shall have our latest scheme of noise insulation with felt. We should be glad therefore if you would not cut the inlet and exit holes for the ducts in the sheet metal pressing on the back of the dash so as to avoid Coachbuilders attempting to make use of this feature.

The cavity should be filled with felt wool.
