SUSPENSION MECHANISM.

The following is a list of work with which you are concerned:-

x Front Roll Rod Rubbers - Durability Tests.

x Rear Shock Damper Rubbers - do.
Upper Yoke Bearing - Cheaper - do.
Soft Rear Buffers, B-V. {VIENNA} - To be ordered.
Springs for B.50's. - Durability Test.
x Upper Triangle Levers, Forged - To be ordered.
Ballast Box, B-V. {VIENNA} - To be progressed.
x Patterns for torque arm and lower lever. - To be developed.
Variable rate buffers. - To be determined.
Plymouth spring rate
Tension shackles :-
3" compression. - Series of tests for ride, rate and movement of axle.
3" tension - Progress.
2" do.
New Spring Test Rig - Order
Spring Interleaving - Test on 10.B.V, Bump Rig and 9.B.V.

Alum. Torque Arm Sockets) - To be tested on bump rig.

Light rear springs - Require ordering and testing.

Better oil seal, lower Yoke bearing.

Spare wheel carrier FCD.993) - To be tested on bump rig.
Firth 7" deflection springs)

Get out body weight - Spring Poundage chart.
