Herewith is a letter from Mr. Bernard. I presume from what he says that you have not made the standard modifications on his car and would therefore like to get hold of it. We are handing it over to you to-day, the 2nd inst. Mr. Hopps has a long list of coachwork complaints and Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} is arranging for the car to go to Park Wards for these to be rectified as soon as you have finished with it. With regard to Hopps' complaint about the steering, this car does seem to have rather more friction in the steering than some I have tried, and we recommend that this should be reduced by decreasing the set up of the cross steering tube springs.
