12 CYLINDER PACKARD.

(Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}12/E.11.5.34.)

In our opinion there is nothing to choose in smoothness between the 12 cylinder Packard and the 12 cylinder Cadillac, the only difference being that the Cadillac has a far better performance and has of course the independent suspension which results in better low speed riding with far superior controllability at high speeds. We actually tried the two cars out.

Therefore in the Cadillac we have a model to aim at which is second to nothing being produced today.

It will take us some time to digest the Cadillac, and we have also the Graham to deal with, therefore Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} & E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} agree that for the time being we do not want the Pacard.
