AAM [Handwritten] Do you agree? [Handwritten] WRAITH SERVO. Works are anxious to avoid the reamed fitting bolts holding the driving plate to the flange plate on the shaft. It is understood that a test has been made with clearance holes and lines scribed on the driving plate and flange plate, and in spite of repeated maximum application of the brakes no movement was detected between the two plates. [Handwritten note: Under Protest.] Under these circumstances it is considered to be safe to substitute 3.BA. bolts fitting in size + 5 holes for the present reamed fitting bolts.
