BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} X127. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}4/10.9.32. C. to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} PEREGRINE FRAME. Herewith we send N. sch. 3532, shewing the brake differential cross member modified to suit the supplementary transmission shaft. Since the flanges are required to support the frame side member we have assumed that they cannot be forged solid. It will be noticed that we have altered the differential carrier brackets, but all the brake differential components otherwise remain the same. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
