D E R B Y.

For the attention of Mr. Steadman.

Dear Sirs,

As mentioned on the telephone we are sending under separate cover a Phantom III Radiator Shell which has been made up using Mild Steel Strip welded at the corners and chromium plated.

When inspecting this shell you will probably notice small marks underneath the surface of the chrome. This can be obviated by using special mild steel strip although you may also consider that this does not matter.

You will notice the difference in colour between the filler cap which was supplied by you, and which we believe is stainless steel, and the chromium plated shell. Our own opinion is that the chromium finish gives a far better appearance, and probably will be more in keeping with the finish of the head lamps etc. We should like to have your comments at your earliest convenience.

Please note we are also returning to you the Phantom III Shell which was sent to us as a guide.

Yours faithfully,
FOR JOHN MARSTON, LIMITED.
