Firths in which they request us to let them have final results of our tests of the American made springs. They also wish us to return the springs they made to their own design, together with the American made springs so that they can fully investigate the matter, therefore in addition to the springs we have already requested you to return to Firths will you please also include the broken American made spring, minus pieces of the broken leaves which are to be handed to H1.
