1249 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Tln. 5/ST 2nd May, 1942. P.H. FARRER Esq., Villiers Engineering Co., Ltd., Marston Road, WOLVERHAMPTON. Dear Mr. Farrer, I have enquired about the possibility of improving the petrol consumption of your 25/30 HP. car, and the result, I am afraid, is negative. You will realise that at present we have no department which deals with such matters, but I have approached the people best acquainted with the job and, in their opinion, no improvement could be made without special carburetter parts, and stocks of such parts are not likely to exist. I regret that we cannot at present give you more help. Yours sincerely, | ||
