List of required modifications and checks for the brakes and suspension systems.

BRAKES.

Brakes to be lined with one shoe BZ and one RL in each brake. The existing four front shoes in BZ can be used if O.K. RL now an order from Ferodo.

Delete felts in rear brake intermediate shaft and give .010" - .015" end float, and mock-up bijur feed to bushes for this shaft.

Find cause of error in front brake rod alignment before dismantling.

Re-pack both front hubs with Belmoline H.M.P. on N.S. and Shell R.B. on O.S. using a sensible quantity.

SUSPENSION.

New rear springs same as existing to be fitted.
Strip completely for examination.

Re-fit mock-up rear shackles if O.K. Make good existing rear damper links and plates and use 100% thicker washers behind rubbers. (Existing are temporary thick washers only).

New end chambers with balanced valves on existing rear dampers.

Rear damper pistons, arms and bushes not to be disturbed.

Fit cross shaft for damper unit control as on 9.B.V. in place of aluminium bracket which is badly bent.

Fit hand brake shield ex Wraith production (not exp. produced).

New geometry parts for front suspension, but retain existing yokes in order to continue mileage on top silent blocs.

Transfer silent blocs under pan to new lower levers, and fit new type bracket for same.

Radius front ends of new torque arms as instructed for bump chassis.

Use existing rubber spheres at rear of new torque arms.
