RE SPARE WHEEL CARRIERS. X.3683

Paris has suggested that the spare wheels carried on the running board can be well supported by the usual well and a bracket which takes hold of a dummy hub. There are points about this which seem good and I shall be glad if you would sketch out the scheme after discussion with Mr. Hives and with me.
