Marles Steering Box.

When this box was down for re-adjustment, it was found that the cam-roller ball races were pitted by the balls in a similar manner to the one submitted to you for examination, only this time it is the outer races that had suffered most. This indicates that the trouble occurs with ordinary use and cannot be blamed on the impact the car had received in the first instance.
