Dear Sirs,

Bentley Drop Head Coupe for Expl.Dept.
---------------------------------------

We confirm that you say that you hope to have this body ready for collection on Friday November 13th.

As the body is so advanced and the pillars, which are of cast Alpax, are boxed, we agree that it is not reasonably possible to fit the Boyriven "Bassick" type door dovetails to this car, and appreciate that they are not so obviously necessary in as much as Silent Travel Locks, which themselves are dovetails, are used.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
