We do believe that these bearings should not be made in piston aluminium alloy. These present E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} bearings are in bronze, and found to be very heavy and difficult to machine by comparison. Failing all else, cast iron makes a very good camshaft bearing. | ||
