CENTRALISED CHASSIS LUBRICATION. ------------------------------- In regard to the question of the drip plugs shown on the various drawings embodying the centralised lubrication scheme, I wrote Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} to find out exactly what they had in mind at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town when they were producing their design. I attach hereto copy of their reply, Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M.23.8.27. We have written to Bijurs, to find out if anybody in this Country is officially producing the parts, but at the moment we are afraid nothing has been done. We will, however, write direct to Messrs Lucas and see if they propose working with Bijure, and marketing the Bijur scheme in this Country. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
