LONDON.S.W.1.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 8th inst. regarding the requirements of Messrs. Walker Bros. Wigan, for a jig in order to metal the bearing shells in XNS.5 cadmium nickel) which we recently sent you.

We are accordingly sending a jig for the job in the course of the next few days to Messrs. Walker's Ltd. but it is absolutely essential that we should get it back as soon as the job is done.

It has been borrowed by us from production and from the time it is handed over to us we have it as a loan for 10 days without extension.

Will you therefore urge the job accordingly when the jig has been received.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
