CYLINDER WATER LEAKS.

X.3381.-American Cylinders.

Welding is such a vital item on our engines that we consider we ought, at any cost, to make it the best job possible. I suggest also that 12 of the American cylinders should be handed to us to be run on an engine to see whether they develop water leaks. It is impossible to tell from the outside appearance what they are like.
