WORLD RADIO LIMITED EDGWARE ROAD, LONDON, N.W.2 NEAR STAPLES CORNER 'Phones-GLADSTONE 4255-6 'Grams-PAPELIAN Phone LONDON Your Ref. Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/GEA. 6/VR.{E. S. Voller - Orders} March 26th : 1938 Our Ref. W46/169/R.{Sir Henry Royce} Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited, D E R B Y. Attention - Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Royce. Buyer. Dear Sirs: With further reference to our letter of yesterday's date, and the 6-volt MOTOROLA Car Radio sent up to you, would you consider using this 6-volt set temporarily, with a step-down resistance, as owing to the cancellation of the "BERENGARIA" sailings, all the Cunard sailings have been upset, delaying our materials, and we have learnt this morning that it will be about 13th or 14th April now before we can have the 12-volt Sets available, which may be too close for you. We can send you a suitable step-down resistance which will not upset the car, and we have every hope that we shall not break our promise of delivery before Easter, but we do not want to let you down. Perhaps you will advise us on this subject, and we await your reply with interest. Yours faithfully, WORLD RADIO LIMITED. p.p. K.M. Papelian RMP/EM.
