Following our various conversations re Bentley instruments, could you do anything further to speed up a decision as to what is really required in connection with such instruments?

Attached is copy of a communication to hand this morning from Messrs. S. Smith & Sons, from which you will note, even now, there is some controversy as to what is required.

The Shops are making a very special effort to effect early completion of an initial 15 Bentley Chassis, and at the moment we have one set, and one set only, of instruments available. These instruments have been taken by the Experimental Shop.
