Letter requesting advice and the manufacture of a new radiator matrix.

| -2- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.23/KW.25.10.34. We should also like your advice as to whether it is preferable, when reducing the size of the 58 m.m. Mark V matrix (as we are contemplating doing) to decrease the frontal area of same or to decrease the matrix thickness further. We also require a Bentley radiator matrix to attached blue print. This is a Mark V 58 m.m. matrix of the same frontal width as our standard matrix, but having the height reduced by 6". This will of course require no starting handle tunnel, the matrix being a plain block. We should like you to manufacture such a matrix and build it into the radiator which we are forwarding to you, in place of the latter's present 58 m.m. Mark V.{VIENNA} matrix. We shall of course send you an official order for this work, but should like the radiator fitted with the new matrix to be returned to us with the minimum of delay.
